Alright well I am running out of time so I will write a little and then put a copy of my letter to President Stauffer. Well this week was so good, it seemed as if all my hard work that I have been putting in for these last couple weeks without success finally came through. These last couple of weeks we havent really had anybody progressing towards baptism even though we are working so hard. We are still trying to get everything worked out so that I can finish baptizing like crazy, exactly how I want. We are working with about 6-7 people who could make it. Please pray for the Fam. Cortez and Yukimi dos Santos and Aymar Celestino!!!!!!! Love you guys lots!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear President Stauffer,

This week was a great week for us. We have been working as hard as we could these last couple of weeks and it has been quite a struggle trying to find teach and baptize... I am sure that that is why I was so frustrated and so up with stress was because I wanted to end really good, I wanted to end knowing that I did everything that I could to help Gods work. We haven’t been having hardly anything. I was praying so hard to be able to find a family that would be prepared to hear the gospel and that would be able to be baptized. About 4 or 5 weeks ago we were with one of our Recent Converts and he was with one of his friends and his cousins. We sat down and started to teach all of them about lesson one and about all of the things that are in the church. Well his friend (Adriana Cortez) was talking about all of things that we can’t do and that she loves doing and wouldn’t be able to give up. Well I told her that consequences always come, and if she didn’t change that God will have to humble so that you can learn, and then we left. Fast forward to a week ago she called Crhisthian (Recent Convert) and said that she wanted us to come to her house and offer a prayer. She said that I was right that bad things were coming into her life and all because she didn’t listen to us. We then taught her family her 3 siblings and her mom and dad through cellphone (they are Old Investigators) and since then she has come to all of the activities, to church all 3 hours, baptisms and the devotional in these last 2 weeks, and her family as well. This Sunday we talked with them after the meeting and they were asking what do we have to do to be baptized in the true church, we replied an interview, they told us to go and schedule it with Elder Sayas. Then they asked when they could be baptized we said Saturday or Monday, they then started a discussion about whether it would be Saturday or Monday. Finally they ended with Monday because the dad gets back Sunday and that way we can baptize them all together. There is only one problem the youngest daughter only has 1 Insac... we were wondering if there would be anyway that she could be baptized as well or if she has to have a certain amount of attendances as well?

Elder Vidal and I are doing really well. We are making sure that we are ''All In'' giving everything that we have to have a great month in December!!! We are making sure to bring as many people as we can this December!!! We will continue to encourage the zone to do the same!!!

My favorite part of the zone conference was When we talked about being all in. I enjoyed the lesson that we can’t be worried about anything else other than being all in. That we can’t be worried about things at home or things that aren’t a part of our calling. I feel that I have done a pretty good job at that all my mission that I have tried to be focused on working as hard as I could everyday no matter the consequences. It made me think back to the days that I have had here about working side by side with all 12 of my companions and thinking what each of them has said or would say about me. I feel that all if not almost all would say that I gave it all that I had. I want to find ways to use my time or energy better still, but I can say that I never went home early, that I never took short cuts and that I tried to encontrar en todos momentos, enseñar el arrepentimiento cada dia, bautizar conversos cada semana, y retener siempre. It gave me more of a piece of conscience more than anything. 

Well I am going to keep up the good fight up until the very last hour, the very last minute, and the very last second. We are going to make sure to keep everyone focused this week on finding even in all of these activities that we have planned. We will make sure that everyone is well planned in the Family home evenings and in lustrar al mundo! We will continue getting better and helping everyone have plans, plans and more plans!!
